The organization shall demonstrate compliance related to below mentioned requirements:-

• The legal (Factory Act.)
• Social (Policies, Procedures and related documents)
• Health and Safety
• Environmental
• Social (Policies, Procedures and related documents)

• Manufacturing units including sub-contractors
• Service sector including Educational institutes, Hospitals and other service providers
• Any other business units irrespective of nature of business, size and location

Following is the steps,

• Submit a self-evaluation form: All applicants are required to complete a self-evaluation form before we begin with our Social Compliance Audit. Forms are filled out by the sites to be audited.
• Conduct a Social Compliance Audit on site: Our auditors visit the sites to be audited. An auditing team assesses the extent to which your social management documentation meets the Social Responsible Audit criteria. The duration of any given audit depends on the number of employees and locations.
• Issue a report and CAPR: Once the Social Compliance Audit is done, our auditors create a corrective action plan for you along with a detailed audit report (Social Responsible Audit Report & CAPR) which you can now upload to the Social Compliance Audit database.

The different types of Social Compliance Audit membership reflect the different types of organizations in global supply chains.

• Buyer (A) membership is for organizations that only wish to view and run reports on their supply chain. Membership fees are determined by annual sales turnover.
• Buver/Supplier (AB) membership is for organizations that wish to view and run reports on their supply chain and share information with their customers. Membership fees are determined by annual sales turnover.
• Supplier (B) membership is for organizations that wish to share information with their customers.

This Certification is valid for 3 years.

Supplier Ethical Data Exchange is an online system that allows suppliers to keep track of ethical and responsible business practices and communicate that information with their customers.
